Episode 076 - Starting fresh + soft (or bold + brave) | A New Year’s practice

This year I have chosen (perhaps for the first time) to start the year soft.

What this looks like to me is taking the pressure off of having all of my goals set by January first and immediately jumping into goal achievement.

What if you allowed yourself the time to really move into the new year in a way that feels good for you?

That’s what we cover in this episode.

First we dive into some reflection questions to truly release the last year and then we begin to dig into what you truly need in this moment - remembering that it’s always about how you want to feel and not about what you want to achieve.

Dive in to begin your new year!

In this episode, I invite you to create your own path as you step into the new year. Here’s what we’ll cover:

✧ How to release the past and approach the year as a fresh start

✧ The beauty of moving at your own pace without pressure or comparison

✧ The value of embracing softness, openness, and self-compassion

✧ How to honor your inner fire if you feel called to boldness and action

✧ Questions to help you uncover what you truly need this year

✧ Why only you can decide how to move through the world and create your journey

This episode is about giving yourself permission to start the new year in a way that feels aligned with who you are. Whether you’re embracing softness or stepping into your fierce side, this is your time to choose what feels right.
