Episode 007 - Why You Need To Stop Bonding With People Over Complaining

Complaining…

We all do it… #amirite

But we don’t have to.

Worst of all is when complaining becomes the habit that bonds us together with other people.

How many times have we been out with friends where chatting becomes complaining becomes gossiping becomes a game of “my horse is bigger than your horse.”

I’m fixing to put an end to this.

Today on the podcast I’m laying down some reasons why this needs to stop — pronto — and why!

In this episode, I talk about some seriously valid reasons why we all need to stop using complaining as a way to bond with people and the negative effects that choosing to do so has on our lives.

In this episode, I get real about the habit of using complaining as a way to connect with others. Here’s what we’ll cover:

✧ How complaining and gossip can become a toxic way to bond with friends or colleagues

✧ Why this habit needs to stop and the negative effects it has on your mindset and relationships

✧ A look at how complaining can lead to deeper negativity and comparison, draining your energy

✧ Practical ways to break free from this cycle and build more authentic, positive connections

✧ Reflection: Are you using complaints to keep conversations going? How can you shift to healthier, uplifting interactions?

If you’re ready to stop bonding through negativity and start building better connections, this episode is for you!
