Because let’s be totally honest…

That is so not a vibe.

My opinion on trauma goes against the popular culture of the moment in a lot of ways because I just simply cannot see the value in spending an excessive amount of time focusing on what’s wrong with us.

HELLO! THAT JUST DOESN’T MAKE SENSE! 

Why would I waste precious minutes of my life focusing on what’s fucked up, wrong or makes me unhappy..?

And that’s before even diving into what I actually think about trauma in general.
