Episode 078 - Breaking free of distractions | Intentional-living mindset
How often do you get distracted?
If we’re honest with ourselves, it probably happens multiple times per day. And we can decide whether or not that’s an issue that we want to resolve or not.
But the biggest problem is when distractions get in the way of going after our goals.
Because the real question here is:
Are we 'getting distracted' or are we 'allowing ourselves to be distracted'?
As with all things mindset, our language matters. The story that we tell ourselves about the situation matters. And both ultimately impact the way that we live our lives and the actions that we do or don’t take.
In this episode of the podcast, I invite you to reflect on the difference between getting distracted and allowing yourself to be distracted and what this potentially means for focusing on and achieving your goals. I encourage you to look at the stories you’re telling yourself about why you’re not making things happen in your life and to really flip the script in a positive and empowering way.
