Because it’s all well and good to feel peaceful when life is fun and flowing.

But can you get to that space even when things are challenging or feeling stuck? 

Can you stay peaceful and content regardless of what’s going on around you or, even more importantly, what’s going on inside of you?

In this episode, we go deep into how to cultivate a sense of inner peace - especially when things are difficult. I take you step by step through my process of slowly unblocking emotions in the body and then move on to the mindset work that can help you reframe your story. I share specific techniques on how to find and release trapped emotions in the body and I also give a few other examples of exercises that you can do to release any stress or chaos that you might be feeling.
