Do I genuinely believe that being well-hydrated could solve 99.9999% of our problems?

I know it sounds simple (as most mindset tools are!) but that doesn’t necessarily make it easy.
Growing up, I never drank a lot of water and I tended to sleep quite badly. Since moving to Europe, drinking more water has become necessary because of the higher temperatures. And as I’ve gotten older, my desire to drink water and stay well-hydrated has naturally increased.
Let’s also be real and say that drinking water is one of the cheapest and most effective beauty treatments out there.
So as you age it’s also even more important that you stay properly hydrated to keep your skin feeling smooth and supple. Fuck the $300 creams - pass me a glass of h2o.
