Episode 012 - Finding Stability in Difficult Situations
It’s been a tough couple of weeks…
I’ve honestly been struggling with some serious feelings of anxiety, stress and overwhelm.
It’s felt like there was so much to do and no time to do it.
And, yes, those thoughts are a choice, but this podcast is especially for those times when you can’t seem to shake these feelings!
In this episode I share some of the struggles I've been going through and exactly what I'm doing to deal with intense feelings of anxiety, stress and overwhelm.
One of the things I’m learning more and more as my business grows and I step further into my role as a coach is that
self-care is absolutely non-negotiable.
It's not a luxury or something that you do if you manage to find the time.
It’s something you need to do in order to create more time + space in your day.
Self-care is what allows you to show up fully for your partner, friends and family and yourself. It’s what allows you to show up fully for your business, your hobbies and your dreams.
Basically… don’t fuck around on your self-care.
Learn how to do it and do it well.
Love yourself enough to show the fuck up every single day.
It’ll have the biggest compounding effect on your life!
